We provide a tracking number with every order so you can follow its journey. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

If a package is returned to us, we’re happy to resend it, but additional shipping fees will apply. Orders cannot be modified once placed.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing—we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Returns & Damages

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted on used candles.

If your order arrives damaged, send photos of the item and shipping box to info@birchandbeagan.com within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right!
